Soccer Camp Participant Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Release
1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for and participating in the soccer camp (hereinafter referred to as the "Euro Tour "), I, the undersigned participant (or, if under 18, the participant's parent or legal guardian), acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the Euro Soccer Tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that the Tour, its organizers, coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury or damage that may occur.
3. Waiver and Release
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Euro Tour, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Euro Tour, its organizers, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Camp, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
4. Medical Treatment
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to the Euro Tour's organizers seeking medical treatment for me (or the participant, if under 18) as deemed necessary. I agree to bear all costs associated with such medical treatment. Attendees will acquire their own medical insurance and other medical necessities.
5. Code of Conduct
I agree to abide by the Euro Tour’s rules and regulations and to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. The Camp reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others.
6. Media Release
I grant permission for the Euro Tour to use any photographs, videos, or other media of me (or the participant, if under 18) taken during the Camp for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for such use.
7. Refund Policy
I acknowledge that registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Euro Tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus any administrative fees.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the Euro Tour is held. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
9. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Transportation and Travel Liability
The participant understands that transportation to and from tour activities may be provided by InterContinental Football Academy or its partners. By participating, the participant and their legal guardian(s) agree to hold harmless InterContinental Football Academy or its partners, its staff, and agents from any liability arising from travel-related activities, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or loss during transportation.
11. Transportation and Travel Liability
The participant and their legal guardian(s) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InterContinental Football Academy or its partners, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the participant's actions or omissions during the soccer tour.
12. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read and understand this Terms & Conditions, Waiver & Release. I am fully aware of its contents and voluntarily acknowledge it by filling out this form. If I am signing up on behalf of a minor, I acknowledge that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to consent to these terms on their behalf.
